  • An inspection is scheduled for Monday, April 15, 2019
  • After the inspection, the electrical contractor starts all ground floor conduit installation with an inspection for the following Monday.

  • The concrete shell swimming pool was shot on Friday, March 8th and concrete stripped on Saturday, March 9th. The Earthwork can now be finished and the digging the foundation footers next week.
February 15, 2019
  • Underground utilities conduit has been installed and waiting on building inspector to approve before the concrete vault is poured.
  • Swimming pool contractor has started work. Should have concrete casted pool shell completed in two weeks.
  • Maintenance Building concrete form and reinforced rebar installed waiting on building inspector to approve before concrete can be poured.
  • Elevator pit concrete forms and reinforced rebar installed and waiting building inspector to approve before concrete can be poured.
